Step By Step (Guide) For iPhone or Android

The first thing you are going to want to do is to install the Drop Box app to your phone.
Open up the App store or Google Play Store and search for Drop Box. Once you’ve located it install it on your device.
Once installed open up your email app and open up the Basol Drop Box email that I’ve sent to you. Once you’ve located and opened it go ahead and click on the black “Add to Drop Box” button in the middle of the email. You should be redirected to the Drop Box App.
Now there are two ways to log in either through a Google G-mail account or by adding another (Non G-Mail) account. (If you are logged into your gmail account it should be faster to log in. If you don’t have a G-mail account you will have to create an account and log in that way).

Once your account is created and you are logged in you should be greeted by a few prompts.
The first one has to do with accessing your photos. In this case select allow full access so you will not have any issues uploading the photos.
The next few prompts I will let you decide to set up. Otherwise you can skip the next prompts. You should now be redirected to my drop box.
Go ahead and click on upload photos. Select the photos and videos you want to upload. Then click Add.
You should then be redirected to an upload screen with a list of your uploads. Click the blue button with a plus sign to add more.
A quick tip. In order to find all your videos faster. Go to albums then scroll down to videos and you should find them a lot faster.
- Repeat steps 8-10 until you’ve uploaded all of your photos and videos.

The first thing you’re going to do is open up your web browser. In my case I’m opening up Google Chrome.
Then open up your email account and look for the Basol productions email with the drop box information and click on the email to open it up.
In the email there should be a prompt and a button to open up and access the drop box account. Go ahead and click the add to drop box button in the email.
Now you will be sent to the drop box website. But you have to have an account to log in.
There are two ways to log in. The first is to use a Google g-mail account. And the second way is to create an account using another email account at the bottom of the page.

Now you will be directed to the drop box account where you can upload your photos and videos. Start by clicking on the black square upload button in the top left corner next to the search box. You will be prompted with a drop down menu. Go ahead and choose files.
Now search your computer for any photos or videos you may have. Wait for it to start uploading. You can search for more photos and videos while it uploads. There’s no need to wait.
Repeat step 7 until all of your photos and videos are uploaded.

How To Scan Real Life Photos into your Phone Step by Step (Guide)

If you have any real life photos laying around the house this helpful phone app should allow you to upload a real photo directly to your phone by scanning them digitally.

The first thing you’re going to want to do is open up your App store and do a quick search for an app called Photo Scan by Google. Type in “Photo Scan Google” then select and download the app. It should say Photo Scan by Google Photos and it should have a blue icon. Go a ahead and download it.
Once dowloaded go ahead and open the app. You should be greeted by a tutorial video. But I have a few tips for the best results.
After the tutorial video you should be greeted by a few prompts. In the first prompt you should be asked to access your camera. Go ahead and select allow because you need the camera to take a picture of the photos. The next prompt should ask you whether you’d like to allow access to your photos.
Click allow full access because this is how Photo Scan saves your photos.
Now for the tips. It’s important you lay the photo on a flat surface. There shouldn’t be a glare or any streaks of light hitting the photos either. But the photo should be well lit. With a lot of light hitting the photo. But again there should be no glares or streaks of light hitting the photo.
Once you are ready hit the circle in the middle of the screen. Start on any circle. And follow the arrows to take a complete picture of the photo. Be sure not to move or tilt the camera a lot and use a smooth motion when following the arrow to the next circle.
Once you are done you can either keep the photo or delete it and try again. Don’t worry if the photo needs to be rotated because I can fix it on my computer. Just make sure to provide me with the best photos possible. Once you are done they should be saved to your photo gallery.
Follow steps 5-8 until you are done scanning all of your photos.
